- Photography and filming of your participation;
- Publication and dissemination of such recordings across our digital properties;
- Reasonable editing of recordings for duration, quality, subtitles, and presentation purposes.
You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that your opinions expressed during such participation may become publicly accessible.
5. Editorial Discretion
Bol Janata Bol reserves the right to:

Bol Janata Bol may consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. However, content may continue to be retained or remain published where:
- Retention is required by law;

- Removal would adversely affect legal obligations, journalistic functions, or public interest considerations.
9. Compliance with Applicable Laws
